Cabin information for our disabled guests on Costa cruise ships

Wheelchairs
Passengers can take electric wheelchairs/scooters. However they must have a dry cell battery only. If it is a fly cruise the guest will be travelling on the full dimensions of the wheelchair are required.

Cabins
The accessible cabins have a Wheel in wet room with handle rails by toilet and bed. Wider doors on entrance to cabin and bathroom.

Service Animals
All ships will facilitate the use of guide dogs. In this case it is necessary that the owner personally handle the dog, while also bringing on board all of the required food and hygiene supplies. Guests must also submit a certification of the dog’s vaccination. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can go through this with you. We need a minimum of 5 months notice.

Braille

Deaf/Hard of Hearing
Infra-red systems are available in the main show lounges onboard some ships.
